Due to sanitary reasons, soap is not exchangeable. Our store is happy to accept exchanges for an item of equal value within 15 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. Exchanges and returns are subject to shipping costs.

To make a return, please email info@flameandforageapothecary.com with your order number and details of your request.

Refunds will be determined on an individual basis and will not be given based on the smell or appearance of a product. Some variation in soap designs is to be expected.

Refused packages will be subject to a restocking fee. Refused packages that are returned damaged will not be refunded.
